From the moment you pass through The Rocks' exclusive gated entrance, the peaceful setting unfolds. Developed by Timbers Resorts in 2003, The Rocks is a private, member-owned residence club comprised of 40 three- and four-bedroom villas and an elegant member’s clubhouse, all of which are managed and operated for the owners by the talented staff of Troon Golf®.
The Rocks Club is tucked away in a secluded private canyon surrounded by the dramatic high Sonoran Desert. The views are breathtaking - mountain peaks, rock formations and boulders provide a dramatic backdrop for some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever experience. The elegant Southwestern style clubhouse provides the services and amenities of a five-star resort, together with the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere of your own private club. The 3,000 square foot luxuriously furnished villas are nestled into the landscape in courtyard clusters that blend naturally with the desert landscape, maximizing privacy and awe-inspiring scenery. The Rocks’ property offers dramatic topography and spectacular views of Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain, Four Peaks and the Superstition Mountains.

The Rocks Luxury Residence Club is not only a place, but a lifestyle. Although owned by its members, The Rocks Club is designed to provide all the services and amenities of a fine hotel. Services at The Rocks Club include an attentive staff that is available 24-hours a day to anticipate your needs. The Rocks Club’s Concierge Staff will be hard at work even before you arrive for your vacation by providing the pre-arrival grocery shopping service so that your kitchen is fully stocked upon your arrival. Additionally, the concierge will ensure everything is in order relating to booking your desired tee times, confirming dinner reservations at your favorite local restaurants, arranging for spa treatments & day trip adventures. The Guest Services staff is always available to assist owners upon their arrival with luggage, villa orientation and obtaining any items needed from the owner’s personal, year around storage.
The Rocks Club also offers complete food and beverage service. An enhanced complimentary continental breakfast is served daily in the clubhouse and a wonderful all-day menu is served for lunch & dinner. Members may choose to dine inside, outside or in the comfort of their villa. Pre-arrival hors d'oeuvres and ready to grill meals are also prepared by the talented culinary team and may be pre ordered prior to arrival.
